Terms & Conditions for Payment

These Terms & Conditions for Payment (“Terms”) govern all payments made to WebRise Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for web design, development, and related digital services. By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Payment Structure

A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Final files, website launch, or transfer of ownership will not occur until full payment is received.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

Credit/Debit Card
Bank Transfer
Online Payment Platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent)

All payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice.

3. Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of up to 5% per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.
Work may be paused or suspended until overdue balances are paid.
Continued non-payment may result in project termination.

4. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of communication, or failure to provide required content.
If a project is canceled by the client, all completed work up to that date will be billed and payable.

5. Scope Changes & Additional Work

Any work outside the original project scope will be billed separately.
Additional requests may require a revised quote and must be approved before work continues.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and materials remain the property of WebRise Solutions until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party tools, plugins, fonts, or licenses.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide required content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure all materials supplied do not infringe on third-party rights.
Review work promptly to avoid project delays.

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and pricing.

8. Project Abandonment

If a project is inactive for 30 days or more due to lack of client communication, the project may be considered abandoned. Reactivation may require an additional fee.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact WebRise Solutions directly before initiating any chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate service termination and recovery actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

WebRise Solutions shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue, data, or profits
Website downtime caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or services
Indirect or consequential damages

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
